European Time Zones
Europe is divided into 4 time zones: Western European Time/Greenwich Mean Time, Central European Time, Eastern European Time and Moscow Time/Turkey Time zone as also illustrated in the below map.
All counties are observing daylight saving (or summer time) with the exception of Belarus, Russia and Turkey.
